Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Riley County, Kansas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
