What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Part-time with flexible hours.
