Backhoe loader operator • Clay County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Clay County, Alabama. You will be based at a stone quarry. On a typical shift you will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
