Building site helper • Gloucester County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a building site helper in Gloucester County, Virginia. You will work on a road and bridge project. What we are looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day-to-day duties: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
