Thermal insulation technician — Edgefield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Edgefield County, South Carolina. What we are looking for: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage The role involves: • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
