Deboner — Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Benton County, Washington. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
