Electrician — Lassen County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrician in Lassen County, California. You will work in a power distribution substation. The role involves crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; dress and terminate wiring inside control panels. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state 5+ years on the tools preferred.
