We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Wake County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On a typical shift you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity.
