Tile setter — Schuyler County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile setter in Schuyler County, Illinois. You will work on a residential construction site. The role involves: • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter Ideal candidate: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
