Coating plant operator wanted in Orange County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Orange County, California. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
