Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Norfolk, England. You will work at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
