Production operative — Rowan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production operative in Rowan County, North Carolina. You will work in a CNC machine shop. You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor On the job you will handle: • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
