Argon arc welder wanted in Noxubee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Noxubee County, Mississippi. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. Day to day you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
