Production machine operator — Livingston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a production machine operator in Livingston County, Michigan. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts You will segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; set up and start the machine as per the job card; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
