We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Jessamine County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 2+ years on the tools preferred.
