Join our team: CNC milling operator (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Montgomery County, Iowa. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. You will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Rotating shifts. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
