Immediate opening: packing operative (Massachusetts)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a packing operative in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. The role involves: • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Record production counts on the shift sheet You should have: • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
