Steel fixer — Bende

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixer in Bende, Abia State. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. You will lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level ₦120,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
