D6/D8 dozer operator — Carbon County

Join our team: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a dam or embankment job. You will form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; refuel the machine and record running hours; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
