Powder coating operator — Hendricks County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Hendricks County, Indiana. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
