Refrigeration and AC technician — Alamance County

You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Presentable and polite with customers on site The role involves: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
