Baker — Laramie County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Laramie County, Wyoming. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred.
