What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
