Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
