Immediate opening: confectioner (Georgia)

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Columbia County, Georgia. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
