Now hiring: we are hiring a JCB operator in Taylor County, Wisconsin. The job is in an open-cast mine. Day to day you will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; check for underground cables and services before digging. What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
