Fine-dining server — Oscoda County

Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Oscoda County, Michigan. You will be based in a coffee shop. The role involves follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 5+ years on the tools preferred.
