Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Saunders County, Nebraska. You will be based in a catering unit. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
