Road roller operator — Kinney County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Kinney County, Texas. You will work on an earthmoving and excavation site. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day to day you will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
