What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Full-time with occasional weekends.
