Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
