Glazing assistant — Sumter County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Sumter County, Florida. You will be based in a mirror and glass showroom. Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools On the job you will handle: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
