Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Corson County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Six days a week, one day off.
