Die-casting operator wanted in Stonewall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Stonewall County, Texas. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. You will check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
