The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
