The role involves: • Update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app • Call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery • Plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time • Keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders Ideal candidate: • Honest handling of cash-on-delivery money • Good knowledge of local roads and areas Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
