Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Lucas County, Ohio. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
