Ideal candidate: • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely • DBS or police check for site-based work Day to day you will operate industrial floor scrubbers and carpet extractors; mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets; segregate general waste and recycling into the correct bins; restock toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers; strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine; dust and wipe down desks, window sills and skirting boards. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
