Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Dutsin Ma, Katsina State. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
