Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel beater in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. You will work in a smash repair workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) The role involves: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers Meals and transport allowance provided.
