Pipe tig welder — Okobo

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Okobo, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. The role involves prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Full-time with occasional weekends.
