You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
