Escalator technician — Walworth County

Now hiring: we are hiring an escalator technician in Walworth County, South Dakota. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Day-to-day duties: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
