HSE officer — Adams County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HSE officer in Adams County, Idaho. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
