Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
