Dishwasher — Jasper County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Jasper County, Georgia. You will work at a banquet hall. You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
