Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Frontier County, Nebraska. The role involves strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
