Powder coating operator — Plumas County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Plumas County, California. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
