Panel technician wanted in Rappahannock County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel technician in Rappahannock County, Virginia. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day to day you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $16 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
