Join our team: we are hiring a tile fixer in Delta County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy tiling site. Day-to-day duties: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency Requirements: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
